PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICE CONTRACT

Please complete the Photo Services Contract by reading and accepting the terms and conditions below. After submission of this form and on receipt of the 50% non-refundable booking fee, we will be in touch to confirm the date/time of your booking.

Full payment for photography services is strictly in advance of the photoshoot date. In the event that the balance of your account has not been settled 24 hours in advance, LitaLee Photography reserves the right to cancel your booking.

I agree with the Terms and conditions of LitaLee Photography/ Natali Louwrens. LitaLee Photography (Natali Louwrens) Retains the copy right to any of the photographs, imagery and videos taken during the booked session and the right to use any of the photographs, imagery and videos taken during the booked session for promotional and sharing purposes like on web page, competitions, magazines, blogs, social media etc.
